S Holding Group (Green Gate Development)

A private company founded in Liberec in 1991 laid foundations for the formation of a construction, development and investment group S group holding. Since 2007 the development strategy of the holding company has been focused on three main areas: construction, development and facility management. The key markets for us in all these fields are the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In the construction management form of building and development we also operate on foreign markets. Our building division undoubtedly ranks among the Czech Top Ten and it is our long-term aim to achieve a similar position in the other fields of business as well. We see our position as an opportunity to effectively fulfill the needs of our customers and at the same time as a commitment to our business partners.
